Good News from the 7 Rays Ranch!

HMHC is very happy to announce that Kelly, Boyd and family have found a new place to live. Please read their letter of thanks below.

Good Morning,
Kelly and I and Squeeky boy wish to thank all of you for the prayers and great energy sent on our behalf to find a new place to live. We will be moving between now and the 21st to 1444 High Mesa Dr. It is at the very end of High Mesa Dr past the High Mesa Healing Center a 7rays_logos_1_2 couple of miles. No accident we were guided to a 444, thank you Angels. We will be leasing for the summer months until the end of August.
At that time we will decide on a course of action aligned with the 7 Rays Ranch project.
The Ranch will continue to be our priority in each moment. Our executive board member, Jon Benedetto, has also been guided to move here from Sedona to assist us in the Ranch project.
Jon has also had a vision for community and a spiritual sanctuary for many years. We look forward to
introducing Jon to all of you.
Thanks again for your help in so many ways. We send our love to all of you,

Boyd, Kelly, Squeeky Boy (on the right Incognito) and JonSqueeky_boy_incognito_3

Boyd and Kelly are the founders of the non-profit 501 (C) 3- The Ultimate Gift Foundation and have recently moved to the Ruidoso community to create the 7 Rays Ranch for children and rescued horses.

Great News for Boyd & Kelly of the 7 Rays project

We here at HMHC have just received a Christmas gift.
Thanks to some wonderful friends, Boyd and Kelly Lynn now have a place to house-sit. We just got a call from a friend in California who has a home here where they may live after the first of the year. In the meantime they are staying in another friend's summer cabin. What a wonderful demonstration of the generosity of spirit in this community. When they get settled into the community they will continue their focus on the 7 Ray Ranch for children.
Boyd and Kelly will help us out with Peace Village 2008 and we assist them where we can in the creation of their vision. They have already become an active part of this family here at HMHC, Boyd will be playing his flute for the Winter Solstice.  Both are looking forward to participating in the sweat lodge on the 22nd. Perfect timing for both events.

None of this could have happened without the teamwork of Kate, Dawn and Nadette.  With their collective computer skills we were able to communicate with each other and to get results. Welcome aboard Dawn and Nadette, welcome to the family. We are so fortunate to have this team of intelligent, enthusiastic and committed women. So much more is getting done with less effort, well as least on my part. I know that they are actually putting in the time to learn the system that Joel and Kate have designed. When I look at where we are this year compared to last year I am astonished and amazed and oh so pleased.  Thank you so much ladies for coming forward to be of service to this community.

More from Kelly & Boyd of the 7 Rays Ranch

As we talk more & more with Kelly & Boyd we become more excited about their project for this area ~ The 7 Rays Ranch. Read here some of their own words about the vision that started the project, info on their two charitable foundations created to fund and administer the project, and what they need to continue the work.

The first, and most urgent need, is for a house-sitting position in the Ruidoso or Bent area.

This came from Kelly on 11-21

Hello,
Just a quick note to let everyone know Boyd Sibley and I are so looking forward to moving to the Ruidoso area and beginning the 7 Rays Ranch, a spiritual educational ranch for children and their families, helping the children reach their fullest potential.

Boyd and I are planning to move to your area by mid December, and are looking for housesitting while we build the ranch.

We so look forward to being a part of your wonderful community.
Many blessings,
Kelly Lynn and Boyd Sibley

Here is an expanded story that came just last week:

The Vision:
Seven years ago, while still living in Minnesota, I had a vision.  It was of a ranch in the southwest where we could build an ascension center.  We would create our own gardens and have the Native Americans come and work the land with us, providing them with food and jobs.  Horses and other rescued animals would be welcomed as we create a sanctuary for all beings.  Healing and uplifting music, alternative therapies and friendship would bring those who were seeking to our sacred space.

Then, three months ago, the timing was right!  We received a call from Jon Benedetto, a friend who wanted to start a spiritual community, and suddenly I realized that our vision was ready to be birthed.  Friends, clients, loved ones and even strangers began connecting with us, offering their help, their gifts and their support.  It was our sign that is was time.

Ruidoso
Boyd had wanted to visit Ruidoso for over a year, and as we lwere looking for possible locations to consider for the ranch, we looked at the atlas and were amazed to find that this is the exact area I saw in my vision over seven years ago!  I went online immediately to begin searching for land that would provide a sanctuary for our vision.  One of the first properties I saw was a 148 acre tract in the canyons of Bent.  It borders the national forest and the Mescalero Apache Reservation! My eyes welled with excited tears... I knew this was sacred land.

We were blessed to connect with a kind soul, Mary Weaver, who graciously showed us the property and after two days of hiking and walking the land, I stopped, closed my eyes and let my heart speak to me. Suddenly, I heard children laughing all around me, I saw people walking, beautiful flowers and trees along serene pathways in between white adobe buildings....I turned around and saw the horses grazing...it was magical.  It was as if the whole ranch was already alive and thriving all around me.  My whole body began to shake and uncontrollable tears bathed my face in joy.  We were home.

Before we left the land, Boyd wanted to perform a ceremony to give thanks and to send out our prayers of intention to be open and of service.  We crossed the road into a tiny canyon inlet, closed our eyes and Boyd began to play his Native American flute to the four directions.  Within moments I heard the snorting of a horse!  We hadn't seen any animals in the two days we were on the land, so I thought I was hearing a Spirit Horse!  I flashed open my eyes to see if Boyd had heard anything....his eyes were as big as mine in surprise.  We smiled at each other and continued to bless the north.  Again a horse was singing out.  Again we looked at one another, confirming our experience.  After we finished our ceremony we walked across the road to look for the singing horse.  Standing right at the property line, right where I saw our future horses, were five white and paint horses, looking right at us as if saying "Welcome, we've been waiting for you."

Today
Boyd and I are in the process of raising funds to purchase the land for our ranch.  We are also looking into hiring a wonderful and dynamic nonprofit consultant, Lisa Benson, who can help us find alternative programs to secure the land.  We are open to all possibilites.

I have just returned home Wednesday after spending a month and a half in Silver City, New Mexico.  I was staying at a friend's while reseaching New Mexico, making connections for the ranch, setting up our nonprofit program, and weaving my energy into the land.  Boyd and our beloved cat, Squeeky Boy stayed in Arizona to take care of his clients.  And now we are ready to move to the Ruidoso area.  We are looking for housesitting as a way to focus all of our energies and resources into the ranch.  We have been professionally housesitting for the past three years while I wrote my book and created my online ascension school, which will be coming soon!

We hope to be in the Ruidoso area by December 13th, as this is the approx. time our current housesitting position will be completed.  Perfect timing!

Build it and they will come
There are many community programs we will be creating, offering the children the opportunity to give back, to serve and to connect with their community.

There are a few things we are looking for to help us with Stage One of development
Here is our wish list to help us get started:

  • A house to work from and to care for
  • An architect
  • A Philanthropist, Angel Donor, Grantor
  • A graphic artist
  • Fundraisers
  • Media and promotion
  • A Non-profit adviser
  • A Non-profit attorney
  • Marketing specialist
  • Contractors and Tradespersons
  • Local Board Members to join us

As a nonprofit, we can provide you with a receipt for the value amount of your services or products donated.

We are also asking for donations to cover:

  • Purchase of the 148 acre sacred site
  • Non-profit consultant fees
  • Web site, promotional materials, fundraising expenses
  • Building and grounds development funds

We will be happy to provide you with a tax deductible receipt for your donations.

We truly hope you will join us in creating this wonderful and sacred space for our children and for the community.

With love and blessings to you,
Kelly Lynn

NOTE: The website is due for completion as I write this. If it should not open correctly, just come back in a day or two. The email link works just fine!

What a great story. With a vision like this and the support of a generous community of people interested in the future of our children (and thereby the future of our planet), we know the project will come to manifestation.

Make 7 Rays a part of your Christmas Giving plan this year: a house, a few dollars, your prayers & blessings ~ anything you're moved to give will move this project forward. Thanks for your generosity and your blessings.

FYI ~ There are photos of Kelly & Boyd, and the land, and more info at the related links. Just click on 7 Rays Ranch under categories (in the sidebar), or here, or here...

Editor's Note: I've (this is Kate, btw) stated before that Boyd & Kelly had already acquired the 148 acres in Bent. I apologize for the error and invite you to contribute to the purchase price so that can be REALLY true. Thanks.

7 Rays Ranch is Rolling.

I'm sure you remember the 7 Rays Ranch Project ~ the project that will put kids and rescued horses together to make a difference in little lives.....(there is more info in our first posting).

Everything is progressing nicely. It's time for them to get themselves physically & permanently here. To move that along they need your help in finding the perfect fit in a house-sitting situation. They are pros and can provide references specific to the job. A couple of them are included in our first posting. And house-sitting is a perfect way to house them while the dream develops, and keep as much of their own cash going where it's more needed.

We encourage you to check these folks out. Click on some links - read their stories - consider their vision and help out. Just send a link to this article to a few friends who might be interested in the project. Go ahead, the address is right up there at the top of the screen. Or tell your favorite Realtor about a new professional house-sitting team; they're probably looking for a team like Boyd & Kelly. Barbara has met them, likes them, and believes in the project - just ask her.

We're hearing more from Boyd & Kelly Lynn all the time. Here's some news on a new movie, and we've posted their latest flyer down below...

"...The video movie is completed as I created the final touches for the music last night. We are just waiting to hear back from our web person so we know where to send it.

It is a 7 minute movie for the 7 Rays Ranch titled, "For the Children"
It will soon be shown on the web site at http://www.thejourneyhome.ws on a special page.
Barbara, thanks again for all your help and prayers. Let's pray this flyer also reaches the right person who has a house just waiting for us to care for.

We are ready to come NOW!"

With many blessings and peace, I say good night,
may God's peace rest with you
Namaste

~Boyd~

The 7 Rays Ranch Project

I'd like to introduce Kelly Lynn and Boyd Sibley, who are coming to our area very soon with a wonderful project they'd like to tell you about.

The 7 Rays Ranch Project

Greetings Friends and new associates in New Mexico, Kelly and I have some exciting news to share with you.
Our DREAM!! GOD'S PLAN, A REALITY in the MAKING!!

The 7 Rays Ranch Project has been set in motion.

Where: In Bent, near beautiful Ruidoso, NM.What: 148 acres of mountain pines, meadows and irrigation rights.

Our Vision:

To provide spiritual education, healing and personal transformation to children in need. We are creating the 7 Rays Ranch, where rescued horses and children can help each other to heal, to grow and to thrive.

We are building housing and educational facilities that offer the at-risk children and rescued horses of the Ruidoso area a healing and transformational environment based on a foundation of love and spiritual awakening. This beautiful property will also house the workers, families and volunteers as we connect with the land, cultivating and growing our own crops as a self sustaining community.

The  vision also includes: Bringing Hope Universal Recording Studio, our healing arts music studio and recording facility, to the ranch, as well as creating a spiritual life center where ALL are welcome and ALL of the worlds religions are represented in peace and harmony.

Our vision is part of our ongoing fund-raising project sponsored by our foundation,
The Ultimate Gift Foundation, a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit foundation. We are also a 509 ( a ) 1 foundation and are collaborating with The HOPE for World Peace Foundation and Golden Visions Center, both 501 c 3 organizations bringing spiritual education and wellness programs to your community.

Why are we writing to you?
We are now willing and ready to leave the beautiful high desert of Sedona, Arizona in order to relocate in Ruidoso to begin the work needed to establish the 7 Rays Ranch.

We have been in contact with some beautiful, loving and helpful people already such as Barbara Mader, our realtor Mary Weaver, and Ruidoso fund-raiser Steve Duffy, who offer their full support for our vision.

What do we need?
Kelly and I are also professional house sitters. It is a wonderful way to experience living in the many beautiful parts of our country as well as to meet new friends that hold a similar vision.

We would ask your help to help us find a place in the Ruidoso or Alto area that we could care for as we fulfill the next stage in our work for the children and horses. We will take great care to maintain your property, home, plants and animal friends.

We have a cat friend, Squeeky Boy, who is part of our family as well. He is de-clawed and neutered and a very clean and respectable cat.

We would like to house sit in exchange for rent so we may use all of our resources for the 7 Rays Ranch Project.

We also would like a second house sitting opportunity for our partner, Jon Benedetto, who is part of our Foundation and will facilitate programs for spiritual growth such as meditation, walking your spiritual path and other valuable programs.

I have included two of our most recent house sitting references below. (at the end...)kw

Thank you for your kind consideration. Your help will be a wonderful blessing for all...
the community, the horses and the children.

There will be many other ways you can join us and be a part of the 7 Rays Ranch Project.
As you feel guided, please connect with us.  We look forward to meeting you!

Respectfully Yours,
Boyd Sibley and Kelly Lynn

House sitting references:
To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter to recommend Boyd and Kelly Sibley as responsible and caring house sitters.  They occupied my home in Yarnell, Arizona for a period of seven months.  During this time, they cared for my property as if it were their own.  Boyd and Kelly have a great respect for nature, our planet and its inhabitants. This quality was evident by the condition of my yard upon my return.  The leaves were raked and flowers planted. The inside of my home was spotless, everything in good order and lovingly cared for. I would highly recommend Boyd and Kelly Sibley as trustworthy and conscientious house sitters.
If you would like to speak with me in person, please call me at (928) 427-0033.

Sincerely,
Trish Singelyn

To Whom It May Concern

I wish to recommend Kelly Lynn and Boyd Sibley as excellent house caretakers. They have lived in my summer and winter houses since Fall, 2005. During that time they have called repairmen as needed, kept the homes very, very clean, and have been good neighbors.

I hope you consider hiring them (or letting them stay) at your home. You'll have no worries about an empty looking home or freezing pipes in winter. Feel free to contact me.
