Strong Bones Workshop @ First Christian

Based upon research at Tufts University, an exercise program has been
developed to help prevent and even reverse the effects of osteoporosis. The
program relies on weight training to protect aganist fractures caused by
osteoporosis. Balance exercises aimed at preventing falls and fractures
are a key component of the program. This program is for any age and any strength
level. Please join us for good exercise, laughter and an opportunity to
have Strong Bones. Wear comfortable clothes, supportive tennis shoes and a
big smile. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water.
If anyone has leg or hand weights please bring them. .
